We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Options and Rates
Standard Delivery — 3–5 business days
- £4.99 on orders under £50
- Free on orders of £50 or more
Express Delivery — 1–2 business days
- £6.99 on all orders
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.
Delivery Delays
Whilst we aim to meet the delivery timescales above, these are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. We will always do our best to keep you informed if your order is delayed.
Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification card or send an email/SMS with instructions for rescheduling or collecting your parcel. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage charges may apply.
Missing or Damaged Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at admin@vetrowellness.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate promptly.
