Return and Refund Policy

At Vetro Wellness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before ordering.

Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

As a UK consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at admin@vetrowellness.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. 

Important: This right does not apply to products where the hygiene seal or safety seal has been broken or removed after delivery. For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of any opened or used supplement products. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28(3)).

Eligible returns (sealed and unopened products only) must be returned to us within 14 days of cancellation notice. The cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your product arrives damaged, is faulty, or you have received the wrong item, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at admin@vetrowellness.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue. Return postage for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by Vetro Wellness.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately at admin@vetrowellness.co.uk. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must go through our returns process above.

Refund Timescales

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item (or, if earlier, within 14 days of you providing evidence that you have returned the goods). Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
